This episode was a blast to record! I met with Keith at his new pizza place, Iron Pizza, in Coeur d’Alene, ID.
Sitting at one of the restaurant tables, we had a great conversation about hunting bears, antelope, and other crazy game animals. We discussed pairing wild game meat with proper ingredients to get amazing flavors.
