This episode was a blast to record! I met with Keith at his new pizza place, Iron Pizza, in Coeur d’Alene, ID.

Sitting at one of the restaurant tables, we had a great conversation about hunting bears, antelope, and other crazy game animals. We discussed pairing wild game meat with proper ingredients to get amazing flavors.

We also talk about Iron Pizza Company, and how he’s going to come out with an elk steak pizza. Fun episode that goes in several directions. Enjoy!
